IMPORTANT: The Health Tracker Application is NOT a medical device, diagnostic tool, or replacement for professional healthcare services.
- All tools, calculations (including BMI calculations), recommendations, and hydration guidelines are generated using standard nutritional formulas for general logging purposes only.
- Do not ignore, disregard, or delay seeking professional medical advice or treatment because of content or information viewed within the Application.
- Always consult a licensed physician, doctor, or qualified healthcare provider before starting any severe diet, weight reduction program, or drastic modification to your daily fluid intake.
4. User Accounts
To access cloud features (such as profile synchronization and assessment responses), you may register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration profile information and to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5. Account Deletion and Data Retention
You reserve the right to delete your account and remove your personal data at any time:
- In-App Deletion: You can trigger immediate account and database deletion inside the Profile Screen of the Application.
- Web Deletion Portal: If you have uninstalled the app, you can submit a deletion request via our Account Deletion Page or Request Form.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Application. You must not misuse our services, launch unauthorized automated queries, or interfere with cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Application developers, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Application.
