Account Deletion & Data Removal

In accordance with Google Play Store developer policies, we provide a straightforward way for you to delete your account and all associated personal data.

Method 1: In-App Instant Deletion (Recommended)

You can instantly delete your account and wipe all database records from inside the app:

  1. Open the Health Tracker app.
  2. Go to the Profile Screen (last tab).
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the request. All profile databases and authentication records will be deleted immediately.

Method 2: Web Request (If app is uninstalled)

If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your account, you can request manual deletion of your data by submitting our online request form. We will process your request within 7 business days.
